Our client is a leading chemical company with a long history in providing high-quality solutions to industries worldwide. You will support the Key Account Manager in project coordination and execute sales processes in the aviation sector.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries, including quotation preparation, follow-up, and document creation.
* Support development and marketing by preparing data for pricing, testing, and sales planning.
* Organize and execute on-site and in-house visits with customers and prospects.
* Transition completed acquisition projects into consistent customer care for long-term relationships.
* Participate in regular meetings for project updates and internal coordination.
* Optimize projects and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Process invoices, handle dunning, and manage customer data.
* Maintain accurate records, including price lists, material data, and customer complaints.
* Oversee receipt and delivery of goods as needed.
* Coordinate with internal departments (Lab, Production, Logistics) to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
* Collaborate with Finance to manage accounts receivable and handle late payments if needed.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong industry and market knowledge, with a focus on aviation sales.
* Experience in sales or distribution.
* Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan.
* Fluency in German will be an advantage.
* Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools is a must.
