Job Description
We are seeking an Industrial Project Manager to drive project success by defining, planning, and controlling projects within the In Vitro Diagnostic Instruments Development Area. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional departments and management to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
* Define, Plan, and Control Projects: Develop a detailed project plan based on the proposal, refining requirements with department representatives. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.
* Manage Resources Assigned to Projects: Collaborate with Technical Managers to select new team members, evaluate performance, and identify areas for improvement. Manage additional resources as needed for project success.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
* Complementary training in Project Management (e.g., PMP certification) is highly valued.
* 4+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in global environments.
* Hands-on experience in managing projects involving both hardware and software components.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sectors and automotive product projects.
