About the role:
Key Account Manager - Business Coaching (m/f/d) - Enterprise
As Key Account Manager for our new Business Coaching segment, you will work successfully with leading large companies and "hidden champions", primarily in Spain, and develop stable, long-term customer relationships. A successful team of talented customer success managers, marketers and experienced sales experts awaits you at our office in Madrid, with whom you will drive the achievement of successful business results for our customers.
What you will do at Speexx
1. Take care of your customer portfolio, being results-oriented and independent
2. Analyze customer needs and the development of customer-specific solutions
3. Building long-term and fruitful customer relationships with key executives and decision makers
4. Advising our customers on the use of our business coaching solution
5. Accompanying the rollout of our services to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and recurring revenue
6. Work closely with our international marketing teams on sales initiatives, thereby creating new sales opportunities
What we look for
7. 4+ years B2B sales experience in SaaS/Software or digital environment, highly preferable in the area of business coaching
8. Proven track-record of Business Coaching: If you have not sold Business Coaching software solutions, you possess a solid background in Business Coaching as a certified coach who has already used their coaching experience in a corporate environment.
9. Previous experience in the Iberian region, selling to large enterprise companies in Spain.
10. Strong ability to proactively identify, develop and close new sales opportunities (no cold calling)
11. High self-motivation and sales and results-driven
12. The ability to communicate competently "on an equal level" with managers and the C-level, even in large, multinational companies
13. A high affinity for topics from the areas of e-learning and business coaching
14. Fluent in Spanish (native speaker or similar with min. level C1+) and fluent English.
