At Manpower, we are looking for a talented and versatile HR Generalist to join a dynamic and long-term project with a leading client. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in managing diverse HR functions and are eager to contribute to impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development:
Coordinate and oversee employee training programs.
Manage training grants and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Health and Safety (HSE):
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, working closely with external prevention services.
Oversee risk assessments, emergency protocols, and HSE audits.
3. Employee Engagement and Well-being:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Drive wellness programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
4. HR Policy and Compliance:
Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR policies, including diversity and equality initiatives.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards.
5. Recruitment and Talent Management:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to fill critical roles.
Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new employees.
6. HR Administration and Tools:
Oversee HR systems, including attendance and payroll tools, ensuring functionality and accuracy.
Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
2. Familiarity with training grant management and health and safety regulations.
3. Proficiency in English (C1 level).
4. Advanced skills in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
