The role offers an exciting opportunity to assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of effective category and product planograms, in-store & outdoor branding, and POSM, as well as in-store promotion activities with the Regional Sales team.
Key objectives include delivering overall increased sales growth and profit for Almarai through strategic coordination and execution.
About the Role
* To collaborate closely with the Regional Sales team to implement trade marketing strategies that drive business growth.
* To develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and other partners.
* To analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform trade marketing strategies and optimize in-store presence.
* To work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives.
* To continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A degree in Marketing or a related field.
* At least 3 years' experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions, with a focus on category management.
* Strong competencies in numeracy, analytical skills, influencing, negotiating, communication, interpersonal skills, result delivery, assertiveness, teamwork, problem-solving, planning, organization, and creativity.
