To support our Customer Care team we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English late shift (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market.
* Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process
* Answering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails)
* Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business
* Continuous improvement of internal processes
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product/customer related issues
* The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the positions hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.
WHO YOU ARE
* Have excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level; additional languages are a plus
* Have a first experience in the customer care or any other service oriented industry
* Conscientiousness when dealing with customer-data
* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork
* Proactive, good organizational skills and time management
* Working computer skills required (MS-Office)
* Experience with ticketing systems preferred
