We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This hybrid role offers a flexible mix of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Support: Assist senior account managers in day-to-day tasks, including monitoring account performance, responding to publisher inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Data Analysis: Analyze data using spreadsheet tools to identify trends and potential areas for optimization.
* Optimization Support: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to improve publisher revenue.
* Communication: Build strong relationships with publishers and internal teams.
* Reporting: Assist in creating performance reports and presentations.
* Industry Knowledge: Gain expertise in ad tech, including key metrics, platforms, and technologies like SDK and oRTB.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field with a strong technical component.
* Strong interest in digital advertising and technology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Eager to learn and grow in a team environment.
Important: This position requires the candidate to be legally able to invoice Luna Media as an independent contractor.
