The Project: Our global CDP project is focused on unifying databases, enhancing integrations, and optimizing the lifecycle of services with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and scalability.

The Team: You will collaborate with a diverse, multinational team led by experts in Spain and France (knowledge of French is a plus).
The Role: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Architect to design and implement innovative automation solutions within our CDP initiative.
You will play a critical role in aligning marketing, sales, and service processes using cutting-edge tools and platforms, including:
1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
2. Marketing automation platforms and tools like Pardot, HubSpot, or similar.
3. Integration technologies: Apigee, Oracle Redshift, Tableau, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architect, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows within the CDP.
2. Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms and other systems (CRM, databases, APIs).
3. Design solutions to improve customer segmentation, lead management, and campaign automation.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity and security.
5. Leverage insights from tools like Tableau and Oracle Redshift to drive automation strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot).
2. Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration technologies (SOAP/REST APIs).
3. Hands-on experience with data platforms and visualization tools (Oracle Redshift, Tableau).
4. Ability to translate marketing needs into technical solutions.
5. Proactive, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Fluency in English (C1 level); French is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
1. Previous work on global marketing automation initiatives.
2. Expertise in customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
3. Knowledge of cybersecurity and data compliance in marketing automation.
