Your Role
As a Head of Revenue Operations & Tooling you will be pivotal in enhancing Preply's B2B toolstack, centered around Salesforce, to empower our teams to reach peak performance.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth, this role will oversee a team focused on CRM and Go-To-Market tools, optimizing sales efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging AI to keep Preply on the cutting edge of market innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimize Sales Efficiency & Outbounding – Drive pre-sales and sales efficiency through efficient outbound toolstack, ensuring targeted lists and optimized workflows that maximize engagement and conversion.
* Pipeline Visibility & Forecast Accuracy – Maintain and improve clear, real-time pipeline views in Salesforce, enabling managers to forecast accurately and prioritize effectively.
* Enhance Communication & Coaching Tools – Ensure seamless, effective tools within Salesforce for email, follow-up, calling, and real-time coaching, collecting insights to support Sales, Product, and Marketing strategies.
* Integrate AI & Market Innovation – Lead integration of AI tools that enhance efficiency and personalize outreach, ensuring Preply stays ahead of market trends to drive team productivity.
* Customer Sentiment & Retention Insights – Capture and analyze customer sentiment through multiple data sources to guide effective client management and enhance retention.
* Tooling Budget & Vendor Management – Manage tooling budget and vendor relationships, ensuring all tools deliver strong ROI and align with Preply's growth goals.
* Data Quality & Consistency – Champion data integrity across Salesforce and connected systems, implementing automation to reduce manual tasks and ensure accurate insights for customer-facing teams and senior management.
* User Experience Optimization – Shape the B2B toolstack experience with a product management mindset, optimizing user journeys for intuitive, efficient use across teams.
* Team Leadership – Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.
You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Expertise in Salesforce & B2B Toolstack: Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce and B2B sales tools, with a proven ability to enhance tool effectiveness for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
* B2B Scale-Up Experience: Hands-on experience driving revenue operations in a fast-paced, scaling B2B environment, bringing best practices for optimizing processes and tool adoption.
* Strong Business Acumen & Growth Focus: Strategic understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer dynamics, with the ability to translate business goals into operational strategies that empower customer-facing teams.
* Data Quality & Insights Proficiency: Expertise in managing CRM data integrity and delivering data-driven insights for accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and actionable decision-making.
* Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of building high-performing teams and collaborating effectively across departments, with excellent communication skills to align cross-functional strategies and drive shared goals.
