Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will champion the market introduction and growth of our cutting-edge digital low-voltage solutions, including cloud-connected devices and systems. The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid. This role is contributing to the Smart Power Division which is part of the Electrification Business in Spain. Main stakeholders are the local sales team, global Agile Units, ABB’s channel partners, and end users. You will be mainly accountable for:
* Developing and implementing impactful product marketing strategies for the assigned area/segment, defining compelling value propositions and ensuring clear product positioning aligned with global strategy.
* Owning and achieving product marketing targets and budgets, proactively monitoring progress and implementing improvement plans to ensure success.
* Creating and executing the annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant teams, developing business plans focused on market growth.
* Developing and executing marketing strategies specifically for our digital offerings, translating complex technical features (like industrial communication protocols and cloud connectivity) into clear customer benefits and value propositions.
* Leading market analysis efforts with the sales team, generating accurate forecasts and plans based on customer research, market conditions, and competitor insights.
* Enabling sales execution by providing targeted materials and strategic guidance to sales teams.
* Enhancing sales team effectiveness through comprehensive product knowledge training (technical and sales) and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
* Collaborating with sales and technical teams to demonstrate how our digital and connected breaker portfolio helps customers achieve goals in energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, and smart energy management.

Qualifications for the role
* Deep understanding of the low-voltage electrical distribution market, including trends in digitalization and energy management.
* Strong technical understanding of low-voltage circuit breakers.
* Proven understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP) and IoT concepts within the industrial automation or energy management space.
* Experience with cloud platforms and data analytics related to energy management or electrical distribution systems is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in electrical distribution.
* Expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) systems, Marketing Automation and Analytics, CRM and Sales Enablement tools, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Collaboration Tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom).
* Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative approach.
* Extensive knowledge of low voltage distribution systems.
* Comfortable communicating in Spanish and English.
* Current visa/work permit valid in Spain.
Projects you might work on:
* Launching a new cloud-connected circuit breaker range to the Spanish market.
* Developing technical marketing materials and training programs focused on integrating our digital solutions into customers' existing Industry 4.0 infrastructure.
