Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Travel Sales and Partnership Development Specialist to join our Accommodation team based in Barcelona. As a key player, you will be responsible for building and growing our supplier portfolio of online accommodations by contracting targeted hotels in strategic markets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cold calling and influencing accommodation providers to add their establishment to the Odigeo Connect Platform via email and telephone.
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with lodging providers.
* Gathering market and customer information and creating a database in our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
* Explaining Odigeo requirements and philosophy to partners and transmitting enthusiasm, confidence, and credibility.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English and French.
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
* Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.
* People-oriented: Communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
* Self-motivation and teamwork.
* Business acumen and commercial skills.
* Ability to work alone without direct supervision.
* Goals and customer-oriented.
* Proficient with productivity tools: MS Office Package, Gmail, Salesforce, Internet navigation.
