Shared Services Center in Barcelona supports operations across various countries, driving efficiency and innovation in finance, HR, and IT services.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the projects within the CIC area, fostering efficiency and continuous improvement.
2. Coordinate all the stakeholders who take part in any project ensuring objectives and timing.
3. Manage, propose and implement quality-monitoring strategies such as KPI, Queries or similar.
4. Provide guidance to the CIC leads on projects and tech-related issues to improve daily business efficiency.
5. Implement policies, guidelines, and process updates for the services provided by the CIC area.
6. Identify gaps and areas of improvement and provide accurate solutions to apply in the operational side.
7. Report the results and business status to the Board and to Operations Leads to help them make decisions in their daily business.
8. Build strong relationships with the clients and stakeholders to promote MMS GBS within the whole company.
9. Be an active part in the transformation through a process-oriented organization and the harmonization of the different countries' standards.
10. Identify training needs for the team.
