What you´ll do
* Short and long-term capacity planning
* KPIs follow up: Inventory, Service level, Scrap and devaluation control) Crisis management in case of escalations or material shortages
* Vendor standard control: Component control, RCCP, Forecast exchange, weekly calls
* Close cooperation with external and internal stakeholders as Program Managers, Marketing, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging and Purchasing to lead the New Product Introduction process
* Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance
What makes you a good fit
* Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
* At least 2-3 years of proven work experience In Supply Planning role or related, experience with FMCG business would be advantage.
* Fluent Spanish & English (oral and written), German would be advantage
* Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
* Advanced Excel skills are required, SAP, APO SNP planning tool knowledge is an advantage
* Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
* Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the Globe
