* Full payroll cycle management.
* Comprehensive labor advisory services for company clients.
* Preparation of salary receipts and social security contributions.
* Preparation of personnel cost summaries.
* Updating labor agreements and regularizing back pay and bonuses.
* Submission and retrieval of online documents via Sistema Red, Certific@, Delt@, and Contrat@.
* Processing employee registrations (hiring) and terminations.
* Monthly reporting of costs, contract expirations, and IT/AT processes.
* Preparation of contract extensions, modifications, conversions, and novations.
* Registration, deregistration, and data modifications across different labor regimes, such as the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers, Special Assimilated Regime, Internship Regime, etc.
* Preparation of state and regional IRPF tax documents: Forms 111, 216, 190, and 296.
* Preparation of income certificates and withholding tax statements.
What Profile Are We Looking For?
* Degree in Labor Relations and/or Labor Sciences.
* Recent graduate with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar functions.
* Knowledge of the Suasor payroll software (Microsoft Dynamics Nav) is a plus.
* Experience with Sistema Red, Siltr@, Contrat@, Delt@, and advanced Excel skills is valued.
* Good level of English (minimum B2).
