Supports the Senior Regional P&C Partner and the Page Outsourcing leaders and managers to develop and deliver people plans in the context of the people strategy and business objectives.
Supports and facilitates change and transformation in the business.
Provides HR generalist support, including but not limited to:
* Support with global mobility
* Organisation structure
* Workforce planning
* Talent management
* Performance management
* HR report and analytics
* HR operations in some countries such as Romania, UAE, Sweden, etc.
Works closely with in-country local HR Teams to deliver a wide range of HR operational and advisory support services, providing expert guidance ensuring a consistent, legally compliant, and fair approach to people management.
Proactive ownership and resolution of complex ER issues, including grievances, appeals, and formal performance/conduct matters, working closely with in-country HR colleagues.
Provides operational and strategic support to Regional Leaders.
Leverages data analytics to drive HR and business strategy around retention, productivity, and talent management.
Creates, embeds, and works to strategic people plans to build a positive and high engagement culture.
Offboarding process and exit interviews.
Uses dashboards to inform decision-making (e.g., Have Your Say analysis and action plans).
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Understands the business and markets stakeholders navigate, allowing you to contextualise any HR solutions brought forward.
Acts as an Employer brand ambassador.
Fluency in English and Spanish; an additional language is a plus.
Ideally, previous experience in HR Operations and related field.
Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to think laterally and solve problems with exceptional customer care and orientation.
Adaptability to changes and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment with a service mindset.
Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and any related experience is valued.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in fast-changing environments.
Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or equivalent is welcome.
