As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Key Account Manager based in Barcelona to join our ambitious Growth Team. This role requires you to:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding our brand’s footprint across key accounts and top players in Europe. While your primary focus will be on Iberia, this role offers exciting opportunities to engage with international markets. You will play a critical role in positioning our brand as a leader in innovation and design by:
* Expanding and nurturing our presence among key clients, opinion leaders, and trendsetters, particularly in the specification segment, including architecture, lighting design, interior design, and high-profile brands aiming to create memorable spaces and atmospheres.
* Developing and executing “pull” strategies that generate demand and align with our international network of partners, ensuring a seamless integration of efforts to amplify growth.
* Leveraging your expertise and network in the design industry to identify and connect with influential stakeholders and decision-makers across Europe.
* Managing and cultivating relationships with existing key accounts to ensure maximum engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align client needs with innovative opportunities within our product and service portfolio.
* Representing ProtoPixel at industry events, trade shows, and PR opportunities to solidify our position as a market leader.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role within the design, architecture, interior design, or lighting industry.
* A strong European network of contacts, including architects, lighting designers, and other influential players in the design world.
* Exceptional communication, PR, and public speaking skills, with a natural ability to inspire and engage at all levels.
* A strategic and creative mindset, capable of identifying, developing, and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
* Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-value, long-term relationships.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
* A genuine passion for innovation, design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
