Role Description
Develop and implement global brand and marketing strategy in order to accomplish objectives in terms of image, market share, net revenues, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing:
1. Define and protect the brand vision and fundamentals.
2. Define the brand portfolio strategy: guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products, and core catalogue).
3. Develop Brand Annual Plan (launches, sets, GWPs, sampling…).
4. Define 360 go-to-market plan for launches.
5. Create Education Book & Selling Ceremony.
6. Establish retail guidelines and animations for temporary and permanent spaces.
7. Set Dotcom Guidelines.
Retail Marketing:
1. Develop and implement retail marketing plans with distributors and retailers.
2. Ensure implementation of promotional plans by market, including tailored local actions.
3. Develop launch plans and prepare launch feedback analysis.
4. Educate distributors on brand retail guidelines and ensure correct implementation of permanent and temporary spaces.
5. Coordinate training sessions on new products, brand trainings, and selling techniques.
6. Support communications team in the implementation of media and PR plans.
7. Organize and coordinate trade events.
Requirements:
1. Marketing experience, minimum 3 years.
2. Strategic thinker, knowledgeable about market and brand issues.
3. Excellent knowledge of the end-to-end marketing process.
4. Obsessed with customer and consumer centricity.
5. Strong influencing skills: able to build and sustain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
