Perfil buscado: Reporting to the company’s CFO, the selected individual will have the following responsibilities:
1. Improvement of IT processes with a cross-functional view of business and technological aspects including IT infrastructure, data, BI, ERP, CRM, and cybersecurity.
2. Managing IT demands from various business areas and providing constructive responses to different IT process needs.
3. Maintaining constant and smooth communication with external partners for the development of the best technological solutions.
4. Analyzing the technological stack, providing advice, and improving it in alignment with the company’s strategy.
5. Working under a model of excellence.
Soft Skills: Team worker, optimistic, proactive with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. Commitment and self-responsibility for the tasks of the position are clear values of the company. This position does not have a direct team and will work with external partners.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Higher education in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technological transformation from a Consulting and/or end-client perspective.
3. Essential proficiency in English at an Advanced level (C1) with demonstrable conversational skills for international relations.
