We are looking for an HRBP with a fixed term contract.
Mission of the Position:
* Work with Business Managers (Area Manager and Regional Manager) to drive the results of each Region through excellence initiatives in people management.
* Ensure the implementation and development of HR tools and processes in the organization according to the standards defined by the COEs.
* Facilitate response to business needs.
* Promote HR strategy and business change (organization diagnosis and performance effectiveness).
* Implement and execute end-to-end HR processes and transactions.
* Provide advice to leaders and employees.
* Drive people excellence initiatives (culture, talent management) to enable business results.
* Ensure effective communication to employees.
* Drive feature development with a special focus on: Talent Management (selection, mobility, development), Commitment and functional sense of belonging, Model of roles and responsibilities, Identification and development of functional competencies.
Training and Experience Required:
* University degree.
* Valuable specialized training in HR.
* Minimum experience of 3-4 years in a similar position or area coordinator.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
