Job PurposeAs a passionate team member, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's back of house. You will ensure excellent service is provided to staff and effective communication is maintained with departments and external providers to the store.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in implementing procedures to streamline and safeguard the store. Ensure the store operates according to administration systems and procedures, minimizing losses.
* Effectively utilize space and stock in the back of house to maximize productivity and minimize stock loss. Manage the team and resources.
* Lead the stockroom team, including talent acquisition, developing, and nurturing the back of house team to drive store standards and client experience.
* Manage aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization) and coordinate with on-site tailors/external vendors to elevate the client experience.
* Manage FOH replenishment of all stock and non-stock articles to support the client experience, including packaging, props, and refreshments.
* Collaborate with Retail Standards and Operations teams regarding store issues such as deliveries, dispatches, uniforms, facilities, and maintenance.
* Support the Store Manager in managing Asset and Profit Protection to reduce shrinkage.
* Support inventory control and collaborate with marketing, client engagement, merchandising, visual merchandising, and other departments.
* Maintain high standards for cleaning, maintenance, and Health and Safety, including leading local legislation.
* Manage the cash office/administrator to ensure cash and payment procedures are followed.

* 1-2 years management experience.
* Previous administration and cash handling experience.
* Previous SAP experience desirable.
* Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
* Passion for technology and ability to embrace new technology.
