At Caan Alternative Asset Management, a firm specialising in liquid alternative investments, we are looking for a Senior Sales Professional to join our team with the aim of expanding our base of private investors, high net worth individuals, brokers and financial advisors, as well as family offices.
As part of our team, you will be expected to have and be able to build and maintain relationships with key clients, demonstrating the ability to attract capital into our funds in the short term.
Caan was established in 2023, originating as the alternative strategies division of Metagestión, one of Spain's oldest independent asset managers.
Now, as an independent asset manager, Caan aims to reinterpret investment for both professional and retail investors. As a firm regulated by the Spanish CNMV, Caan has offices in Barcelona and Madrid, while its funds are domiciled in Luxembourg. It aims to reach European and global investors.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and business development with private investors, family offices and financial advisors. Has the ability to bring money into the funds from their network of relationships from day 1.
* Extensive knowledge of the alternative investment market and the ability to communicate its benefits to a sophisticated audience.
* Proven track record of success in raising capital, with a focus on alternative investment funds.
* Ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with high profile clients.
* Negotiation skills and excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
