The role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in our Barcelona headquarters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving recruitment efforts for our European offices, including our location in French Guiana.
Position activities:
1. Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across the GTD Group locations.
2. Source candidates through online platforms, including LinkedIn and other professional networks.
3. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, especially those with expertise in the French market.
4. Identify the best talent to meet GTD's needs, managing a high volume of selection processes.
5. Conduct interviews and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
6. Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, including interview notes and related documentation.
7. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen our candidate pipeline.
8. Continuously improve the hiring process to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
9. Analyze recruitment KPIs and report insights to the talent team.
10. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
11. Support the HR department with internal communication efforts and corporate events organization, ensuring cohesive messaging and engaging company-wide initiatives.
Your profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Economics, Psychology or similar.
2. 3 years professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a Tech / Engineering industry.
3. Office advanced user.
4. Experience in dealing with hiring managers.
5. Experience in managing a high volume of selection processes.
6. Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
8. Fluent in Spanish (mother tongue) and high English level (minimum B2).
Nice to have:
1. French proficiency.
2. French Market Knowledge would be an asset.
