What you will be doing
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners using AI-enhanced communication insights to personalize engagement, anticipate partner needs, and foster long-term collaboration.
* Identify and establish strategic partnerships aligned with business objectives by leveraging AI-powered market intelligence, data-driven targeting, and outreach automation.
* Track and analyze partner performance using AI-driven analytics and automated reporting to provide leadership with real-time insights and predictive trend analysis.
What you will NOT be doing
* Engaging in cold outreach without context or relying solely on gut instincts for decision-making.
* Being bogged down by bureaucratic red tape and micromanagement.
* Chasing arbitrary quotas at the expense of building meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Expand strategic partnerships, leading to faster market penetration, higher partner retention, and increased revenue.
Candidate Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, business development, sales, or partner relations.
* Basic technical literacy to understand cybersecurity, backup, or IT-related concepts.
* Familiarity with GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT and Perplexity.
