Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of technological systems and information manuals with external company support.
* Oversee accounting functions.
* Handle internal and external mail for the workshop and banks.
* Plan and organize the daily agenda for management.
* Prepare expedients and draft important documents.
* Protect and safeguard confidential company documents.
* Compile daily reports and other critical documents.
* Organize financial meeting materials, digital presentations, and support materials.
* Document important information for future reference and establish event records.
* Provide administrative support to staff on behalf of the Country Manager.
Requirements
* Possess an official title in accounting.
* Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, French, and Spanish.
* Have an impeccable command of technological tools and the internet.
* Be able to work under pressure and resolve unexpected situations.
* Exhibit strong organizational and planning abilities.
* Show the capacity to work effectively as a team member.
* Hold experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
