The Opportunity
Reporting to the Niche & Retail Director Iberia, the role of the Head of Retail Excellence & Sell Through is to grow all Puig brands, by ensuring the delivery of Puig´s unique, remarkable and elevated consumer experience. This role sets the consumer experience and operational standards across all doors in their sphere of influence while disseminating successful ways of working across Iberia. He/she is focused on achieving our Retail sell out targets and performance KPIs, and optimizing workforce management. He/she is required to collaborate cross-functionally to monitor and control the impact on P&L variables to achieve and deliver positive CtFC goals both by brand and channel. This role requires unwavering focus on talent acquisition, talent retention, individual skills development and performance enhancement to create and nurture highly productive, strong, super motivated and stable teams. It is imperative that this role fosters and facilitates a harmonious relationship with key stakeholders both internal and external to Puig to ensure the constant growth of all Puig brands, including recognition of the Global Puig name and iconography.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT, PERFORMANCE & TALENT DEVELOPMENT
* Make sure we recruit and onboard the best teams in our stores

* Guarantee the Retail population have the tools to enhance performance and develop people
* Foster succession planning at the fore & career path of the team
* Develop a strong recognition & reward program
* Secure B/E trainings are done at each launch
* Foster a performance appraisals culture to actively identify and develop talent.
* Boost store managers leadership & development.
* Coordinate temporary BA recruitment at KCP with the help of Regional Managers
* Ensure best coverage of the team at each door
PRODUCTIVITY, PROFITABILITY & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
* Propose sales objectives per door and brand with Regional Managers and align with Sales Team and Retail director.
* Monitor KPI and sell-out goals with the Regional Managers, making sure we put in place plans to overcome obstacles
* Cascade all relevant performance KPIs to wider business stakeholders, peers and teams
* Collaborate with Commercial team to monitor sales budgets and manage sell through account follow up with HR
* Complete and submit all necessary commercial reporting of quantitative and qualitative insights in a clear and timely manner, pro-actively suggesting innovative solutions to enhance performance and growth.
* Build a culture of data capture to enhance authentic clientelling experience
* Build, maintain and grow the relationship with El Corte Ingles, Sephora management and attend store meetings as required to represent, amplify and elevate the Puig voice.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
* In charge of driving agile, operational excellence to ensure a consumer experience that is unique, remarkable and elevated.
* Workforce Management Optimization to enhance Sell-Out potential
* Ensure stock ordering processes are adhered to and levels are sufficient
* Upholding and ensuring high grooming standards across Retail population
* Support the implementation and recommend improvements that minimize and mitigate Puig´s environmental impact in-line with Global sustainability initiatives and ambitions
* Be responsible to coordinate the delivery of all specific counter animations, events, podiums and evaluate the ROI together with Retail Activation & Marketing teams.

* Consumer profiling: local and international knowledge
* Ethical code and deontology
* Actively foster a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging working with relevant stakeholders to enhance these levers within Puig frameworks and initiatives

Experience:
• 5+ years of experience leading retail teams.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or similar
• Master’s degree is a plus
Languages:
• Spanish and English
