Job Summary
Your fundamental mission will be, together with Gex Manager, to retain and create unique experiences in our clients by offering them presence, dedication and a personalized service, following the standards of the company and Leading Hotels of the World. You will give support in the attention of complaints and requests, in the care of the details and you will coordinate the response to requirements transmitting energy, enthusiasm and passion for the service, reflecting, at all times, the spirit of the Hotel and the values of Meliá Hotels International.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in a similar position for 1 year
* Preferably experience in 4 or 5 star urban hotels
* University Training in Tourism, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or similar
* High level of English. A second language will be valued
* Valuable geographical availability
* Teamwork and leadership
* High customer and detail orientation
* Change management, innovation and organization
