Neuraxpharm is looking for a Corporate Neurology Launch Excellence & Medical Lead based in Sant Joan Despí/ Langenfeld (hybrid role)
Your mission:
* Providing direct support to our product and pipeline engine including R&D, BD & Innovation, and M&A functions, to bring new products into our innovative pipeline.
* Assessment and support of Business development opportunities
* Provide launch excellence support for countries
* Develop and implement Medical Corporate plan and ensure their success in alignment with Neuraxpharm strategy
* Support of brand teams with technical expertise, interpreting data for promotional activities, and providing other medical support to maximize the company's potential
* Responsibility for Support and manage corporate medical products
* Track record of launch excellence support on local level, minimum 2 years’ local experience
* Have the seniority level to manage (push and pull) the affiliates to execute based on agreed milestones, provided by the brand plans
Business Development/M&A:
* Provide medical/scientific support for BD/M&A projects with short timelines. Minimum 2 years’ experience in this area.
Medical strategy & operations
* Developing and implementing global medical affairs strategy and tactical plan for corporate products
* Provide strategic and management support to the Corporate Medical Head
* Make an intelligent interpretation of key relevant scientific data, identify unmet medical, educational and research needs within the medical community
* Provide medical input direction to the development of impactful scientific and medical education messages and materials using medical expertise, customer insights and understanding of launch strategies
* Ensure a close working relationship with all functions in the country and corporate including sales, marketing, market access, patient advocacy
* Develop external relationships with relevant medical groups and key stakeholders on eye level
* KOL mapping and engagement plan (advisory board; expert meeting; editorial project management; publications)
Medical communication
* Responds to unsolicited request for medical information associated with Neuraxpharm Corporate medical products
* Provide medical evaluation and approval for Corporate promotional and educational materials
* Driving publication strategy, plan, and development (congress abstracts & full manuscripts), developing narrative and interacting with KOLs on eye-level
External and internal medical training /education
* Medical education activities (incl. CME)
* Events/congresses/symposia
* MSL/medical Training (e-learning, seminars, commercial excellence)
Research and Development
* Collaborates with R&D and clinical team to optimize educational and research support for sites/investigators participating in Neuraxpharm’s clinical trials
* Collaborates with R&D and clinical team for the medical evaluation of products and new opportunities for Neuraxpharm
* Identify and implement high impact appropriate high impact medical research projects, like real world evidence studies, patient reported outcomes and other outcome research studies to support the business objectives
Regulatory Affairs
* Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs
We would like you to have:
* Bachelor’s degree in science (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine) or Medical
* 5 years of previous experience as Medical Affairs Advisor in Neurology/ Psychiatry/Orphan diseases field Regional or global experience is a plus
* Launch excellence support on local level, minimum 2 years’ local experience, with understanding the local Market access landscape in EU.
* Strong business acumen, understanding the commercial needs, excellent collaborative skills, proactivity, excellent communication ability, open for change, resilience, self-motivation, self-management, project-, and time-management skills.
* Seniority level to manage the affiliates to execute based on agreed milestones and excellent external stakeholder management skills
* Availability to travel 40%
* Proficiency in English and Spanish/ Germany
