Analysis tasks
* Own the detailed weekly reporting on e-mails' key KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, conversion rates, unsubscribes etc). Critically review and understand changes in customer behaviour and provide recommendations and action plans with a clear strategy based on findings
* Own the detailed weekly reporting on database figures and percentages and advise about fluctuations.
* Manage communications with Global CRM Analysis Team and other regional analysts to find synergies and work as one team
* Build the conversion channel reporting and provide insights on a weekly basis (conversions, leads, revenue, campaigns effectiveness, etc.)
* Continued e-mail database analysis to identify potential efficient segments and provide insights to the team
* Implement test & learn strategies to maximize the effectiveness of e-mails and segmentation and provide insights, ensuring that CRM programme drives increased levels of quality candidates and clients for all areas of the EU business
* Use SQL/ Excel / PowerBI to develop and maintain regular reports on the response from all campaign activity.
* Update monthly and weekly reports and PPTs to update leadership
Development tasks
* Technical support for CRM development tools at global, regional, and local levels.
* Write or modify simple HTML and AmpScript pieces.
* Creation of emails in SFMC and Pardot during peak campaign periods.
* Occasional creation of forms in Pardot.
* Manage the creation of assigned emails and forms through Asana.
* Adjust configurations in email templates and forms.
* Amend lifecycle processes.
* Apply approved changes requested by the technical lead, such as banners, copy, CTAs, links, subject lines, etc.
* Email template improvements led by the technical lead.
* Segmentation logic for ad-hoc campaigns.
* Implement tests for new products and postal codes.
* Create PowerPoint presentations and attend meetings to support CRM executives and the Tech Lead.
* Collaborative Communication & attitude: outstanding communication abilities, excelling in collaborative roles, and guiding through impactful influence. Capability to communicate ideas effectively in a straightforward manner. You would define yourself as a team player.
* Strong CRM & Tool expertise: demonstrated success in CRM, with expertise in tools (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and driving revenue through CRM activities - good knowledge of automation, personalization, segmentation & CRM best practices and strategies.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical capacities, converting data findings into effective strategic initiatives - particularly adept in A/B Testing and motivated to dive in data independently.
* Ability to adjust to changes: show adaptability and resilience in rapidly changing environments. Problem solving mindset and a positive "can do" attitude keeping a good work environment.
* Capability to organize tasks effectively: demonstrated through the efficient coordination of tasks, meticulous planning, and attention to detail.
* Excellent level in English and Spanish is mandatory and another EU language is a plus.
* Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)
