IT Service Manager en Barcelona.
Hays Technology is collaborating with a renowned international company to set up their Tech HUB in Barcelona.
We are looking for a mid profile as an IT Service Specialist with a maximum of 5 years of experience focused on Service Management in the IT Operations area.
Musts:
1. Max. 5 years of experience in IT Operations and IT Service Management
2. Knowledge of ITIL
3. Previous experience using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio
4. Analytical and communication skills
5. High level of English
Nice to have:
1. Knowledge of Agile / SCRUM / Iterative Development
2. ITIL certification
3. Basic knowledge of German
4. Project Management
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing all projects in cooperation with other units that interact with IT service management.
2. Help product teams gain new insights to enable smarter decisions and better support and delivery of products and services.
