Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations, led by a passion for excellence, authentic adventures, and hospitality. We operate 600+ chalets, villas and apartments under 3 consumer brands: Emerald Stay (our 4-star brand), Bo House (our 5-star palace brand) and Verbier Exclusive (20 chalets in Verbier).
We are looking for a creative Graphic & Asset Designer, reporting to the Head of Marketing / CMO, who will lead and execute the creation of high-quality visual content that aligns with brand identity, marketing objectives, and digital communication strategies. The role requires strong conceptual skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce compelling designs across multiple platforms.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (Overview)
1. Visual Identity & Branding: Ensure all design work maintains brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and multimedia.
2. Design Production: Develop and produce creative assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and print materials.
3. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to create visually engaging content that supports promotions, product launches, and brand storytelling.
4. Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, new design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance creative output.
5. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, from concept to execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
6. Jewels & Eterniti Studio Support: Provide creative and design support to all Jewels (subsidiaries) within Eterniti Studio, ensuring consistency and high-quality visual standards across all brands.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Guardian
1. Ensure that all brands within the group are represented in the best possible light design-wise.
2. Control visual assets that are used both publicly and internally.
3. Raise the bar in terms of visual appeal and brand recognition.
Graphic Design & Branding
1. Develop and maintain the company's visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
2. Create compelling visual assets for social media, paid campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
3. Design printed marketing materials, including a magazine, brochures, flyers, event signage, and business collateral.
4. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and evolve them as needed.
Content Creation & Digital Media
1. Collaborate with the content and social media team to design engaging graphics, infographics, animations, and engaging assets.
2. Selection and editing of the best images to tell various stories.
3. Support video production efforts by creating on-brand motion graphics, lower thirds, and thumbnails.
4. Create and manage templates to be used by other team members, departments, and companies.
Collaboration & Coordination
1. Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, and marketing teams to ensure synergy between text and visuals.
2. Support the product and web development teams in UI / UX-related design needs.
3. Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, illustrators, public relations teams and partners) when necessary.
4. Work closely with Eterniti Studio and Jewels' marketing teams to align design efforts with broader brand goals.
5. Assist in filtering and editing content for Jewels to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
6. Train team members within Jewels on quality design standards and best practices.
Performance & Optimisation
1. Continuously test and iterate designs based on performance insights and user feedback.
2. Ensure all visuals are optimised for different platforms, including mobile and web.
3. Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
4. Track all work using our project management tools and report on progress in various meetings.
KEY INFORMATION ON THE POSITION
1. Employment start: flexible, as soon as we find the right person.
2. Office address: Talent Garden coworking - Carrer de Ramon Turró 169A, Barcelona.
3. Work days and work hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00.
4. We have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) - the rest of the time, it's up to you.

Must-haves
