About the role
We're looking for a Sales Controller to safeguard our financial practice with vigilance and strategic insight. You'll be more than just a number-cruncher; you'll be a financial gatekeeper for Reckitt, ensuring that we not only stay ahead in compliance but also capitalize on opportunities to craft a stronger, more profitable future. Your expertise in tax laws and proactive approach will guide us through the complexities of tax regulations, turning challenges into strategic advantages.
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure the correct accountability/input of the Trade spend (promotional spends, customers, discounts on pay in money, etc).
* Ensure that the trade spend reporting is dependable and exhaustive.
* Prepare reports in management/follow-up for the Direction Board and be able to explain the results.
* In cooperation with the Key Account Managers, bring to the business the needed information to understand the last results and predict the future ones.
* Elaborate the annual trade spend plan for each client, accounts and do their follow-ups.
* Collaborate in controlling international projects and trade spend follow-up.
* Ensure the economic-finance information integrity available to the several information systems of the Group.
The Experience We're Looking For
* 3/4 years in audit, commercial controlling, financial accounting, or corporate finance within dynamic business environments.
* High level of Excel.
* Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
* A forward-thinking, global outlook with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
* A results-driven approach with a track record of using analytical skills to improve business processes.
The Skills for Success
Tax law, Tax compliance, Business acumen, Improve business processes, Stakeholder engagement and influence, Accounting principles.
