B2B Marketing Manager

1. Build A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
2. Manage the website's content, including writing new content, creating new pages and functionality, implementing/maintaining/sunsetting plugins and bespoke code solutions, editing and auditing existing content, and removing outdated content.
3. Increase visibility and recognition for the company's brand.
4. Accurately forecast and predict prospect and MQL growth.
5. Build and manage a marketing budget and plan.
6. Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
7. Manage digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
8. Develop Demand Generation tactics and implement Lead Conversion principles.
Innovative AI company position with a career path. Degree in Marketing or relevant field required. 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role. An understanding of agile marketing to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time. Experience in market research and competitor analysis to inform customer segmentation, product positioning, and value propositions. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Spanish at a professional or native level.

Remote working: 2 days a week.
