About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our customer experience and user experience initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on project management and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration. You will develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery of CX and UX initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead CX and UX projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery of CX and UX initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and support customer-centric strategies across departments.
* Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as appropriate.
Customer Experience (CX) & User Experience (UX) Enhancement
You will drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved user experiences and customer interactions. This includes identifying and implementing best practices for CX and UX management, such as customer journey mapping and user research.
As a key stakeholder, you will work closely with design and product teams to understand user needs and develop solutions that improve the overall user experience. Your strong relationships with stakeholders will ensure customer and user needs are met and exceeded.
Use Case Development & Implementation
You will develop and document use cases for CX and UX process improvements, ensuring they align with business goals. Based on identified use cases, you will implement CX and UX solutions, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
Sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders will drive continuous improvement in CX and UX.
Reporting & Insights
You will create and present reports on CX and UX metrics, such as NPS, CSAT, and user feedback. By translating complex data into actionable insights, you will help business stakeholders make informed decisions.
Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of CX and UX trends will identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in project management roles.
* A proven track record of managing projects that improve customer satisfaction and user experience.
* Strong understanding of CX and UX metrics and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
