We are recruiting the new Brand Manager for S.Pellegrino, the world famous and iconic Italian Sparkling Water that brings a unique sparkle to any tasteful moment; and San Pellegrino Italian Sparkling Drinks, premium beverages crafted with refined Mediterranean ingredients for your tasty time-outs.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of the success story of S.Pellegrino in Spain, develop yourself within a blooming category environment full of opportunity, lead fascinating iconic brands with superior products, develop premium and impactful marketing activations, and align all the international and local organization towards important growth in Spain.
POSITION SUMMARY
Define, align and implement in-market strategy for S.Pellegrino and San Pellegrino Sparkling Italian Drinks in Spain, with the objective to capture phenomenal value growth opportunity within waters and premium beverage segments.
Brand Strategy
* Define brand ambition and brand plans.
* Be guardian of brand positioning & communication across channels (Retail and Horeca).
* Allocate, monitor & manage brand investment.
Brand Plan Implementation
* Ensure implementation of the brand plan in line with defined strategy.
* Develop & manage the implementation of different and impactful consumer communications (from digital communication to events and sponsorships).
* Coordinate branded point of sale implementations.
Internal-External Alignment
* Be the single point of contact in Spain for International Premium Brands Unit (IPB) with regards to the Italian Brands.
* Align IPB and Market ManCom towards a winning strategy and plan.
* Align marketing communications with the marketing manager.
* Align with sales and commercial development team for distribution objectives.
* Align with sales, demand planning, logistics and IPB on volume forecasts and allocations to the market.
* Communicate with corporate departments when relevant to any specific brand activity.
ARE YOU A FIT?
* Graduate Bachelor of Business or MBA.
* Minimum 4-5 years experience in marketing or trade marketing.
* Experience in Horeca and/or sales is a plus.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
* Digital marketing and event experience is a plus.
* Strategic thinking and result focus.
* Initiative, passion, and strong drive.
* Ability to influence and impact stakeholders; courage to speak up when needed.
