Our solutions enhance patient care and facilitate the management of information in hospitals and laboratories around the world.A Solution Leader owns strategy and delivery for a given solution, end to end, which includes guiding the work of one or multiple delivery squads associated with the solution. A Solution Leader creates a solution roadmap and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall vision. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with the overall strategy. A Solution Leader manages dependencies within their delivery team while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships across different teams. They work closely within their team to ensure business value and that user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. A Solution Leader will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on.Key AccountabilitiesBe a key part of a team where you will:Leads agile squad(s) and works onsite with the team on a daily basisSets ambitious and clear product vision and communicates it effectively to the team, the rest of the Clinical Software unit as well as other stakeholdersDevelops end-to-end team output strategy from inception to productionCollaborates with stakeholders, such as business and technical, to ensure the digi-tal vision and products align within business strategy and requirementsAccountable for product-specific KPIs once the solution enters production; com-municates regular tracking to stakeholdersUtilizes market and industry knowledge in AcuteCare diagnostics to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
