In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing HR policies and practices across our group of companies. Main Responsibilities:Reporting to the General Management, and working closely with a team of five, you will focus on Internal HR Management (Intracon Marketing Solutions and Intracon Consulting):Labour and Legal Administration (with external support):Manage contracts, extensions, terminations, and settlements.Oversee payroll, taxes, IRPF, absences, accidents, and labour condition changes.Coordinate legal and labour matters with external lawyers, including dismissals and communication protocols.Talent Attraction, Retention, and Development:Lead recruitment strategies and oversee internal and external hiring processes.Supervise performance evaluations and feedback systems for employees and consultants.Coordinate annual training plans and design career development strategies.Compensation and Benefits:Update salary bands and propose innovative benefits.Work Environment and Internal Communication:Evaluate workplace climate and implement improvement plans.Oversee communication strategies for effective internal alignment.Process Optimization:Track key performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives.Vendor Management:Manage relationships with key service providers, including PRL, mutual insurance, and ERP systems.External Client Management (Intracon Consulting):Oversee consultant onboarding, SOW agreements, service proposals, and fee negotiations.Maintain client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and alignment with project needs.Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.Finance:Manage monthly financial and budget closing processes for outsourcing and human resources services provided to external clients, including margin analysis and cost control.” Background Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience in both internal HR management and external client service coordination.3 years’ experience in a similar role for a services sectorStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.
