The Account Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a company's sales activities related to specific customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed the targets set for assigned accounts.
3. Monitor sales performance, forecast future sales, and prepare reports for senior management.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
• Working hours: 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Starting next month, Fridays will be remote work.
• Contract Type: Permanent, with a 2-month probation period.
• Start Date: 17/03/2025.
• Salary: €24,484 gross/year + health insurance + €6,000 gross/year bonus.
• Training: Provided from the first day of the contract in English.
Requisitos:
Bilingual in German and English (B2). Sales experience or potential for it. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and goal-driven.
