To guarantee Lluch’s level of service to its customers in order to contribute to the growth of the Organization.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients that bring in the most revenue for the company.
2. Support new customer acquisition and be responsible for their effective onboarding.
3. Focus on growth in alternative segments where the company may not be present.
4. Attend and resolve customer complaints.
5. Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
6. Oversee customer service assigned to each customer.
7. Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing, technical and logistics departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
8. Prepare reports on account performance, objectives and forecasts for the respective area.
9. Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
10. Support contract negotiations with clients and meet deadlines set for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term objectives.
11. Creation of customer database.
12. Act as backup for the sales team.
13. Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.
Education
Higher education in Chemistry, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
Specific Knowledge
Advanced user of Office Suite.
Complementary Knowledge
* Knowledge of SAP.
* Basic knowledge of international trade (incoterms).
* Knowledge in the fragrances, flavors, animal feed, cosmetics, etc. industries.

* Spanish: advanced.
