Requirements
* At least 8 years of experience in consulting firms, working for retail companies.
* Financial and operations acumen, focused on organizational transformations in SAP within large organizations.
* Value realization lead: translating continuous improvement initiatives previously identified with a SAP S/4 road-map (migration from ECC to S/4).
* Business impact mindset. Ability to capture real impact (incremental revenues, cost efficiencies, etc.) according to a declared business case in Tier-1 Companies.
* Proven experience working with C-Level in Tier-1 Companies.
* Apply consulting thought leadership and influence client agendas at large extent through deep expertise and insight.
* Partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues within the area of expertise. Pioneer and grow new strategy practices and/or complex assets and offerings while developing the most talented resources. Possess credibility in the market through expertise in one or more strategic areas and enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation.
* Working at the intersection of business and technology.
* Proven experience managing teams in a consulting environment.
* Problem-solving skills.
* English C1 level is a must.
