The RTS Consultant is part of the HR & Legal Business Domain within SoftwareOne's global internal IT department. The team's services include:
* Request and Incident Management for SoftwareOne`s global Legal and HR application landscape.
* Design, testing, and training of new functionalities for dedicated modules.
* Business process consulting, training, and documentation for our internal users.
* Understanding and supporting other interconnected applications.
* Collaboration with colleagues from other Business Domains (like Sales & Marketing, Services, Finance) on cross-domain processes, requests, and solutions.
* Apply comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of business processes, practices, and procedures.
* Handle the global rollout of new epics, features, functionalities, business processes, and tools.
* Collaborate closely with internal customer teams to evaluate and implement solutions.
* Deliver end-user training, both on-site and remotely.
* Maintain various documentation (newsletters / announcements / release notes, requirement and conceptual documents, help manuals, training materials, internal and external presentations).
* Ensure compliance with company standards and requirements for quality assurance processes, risk management, and audits (e.g., ITGC, ISO 14001).
What We Need to See From You
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Expertise working with Legal and HR applications, ideally in a technical, consulting, or key user capacity.
* Demonstrable expertise in offering 2nd / 3rd line IT support, including understanding related system processes and requirements.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to effectively communicate with all seniority levels globally.
* Experience working with global, geographically dispersed teams.
* Ability to understand customer needs and empathise with their perspective.
* Highly self-motivated and willing to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
