Responsibilities:
1. Support the full executive search cycle, assisting in all phases of the selection process.
2. Conduct industry, company, and position research to gather key market insights.
3. Participate in client meetings to define role requirements and search strategies.
4. Identify, source, and pre-screen potential candidates through various headhunting techniques.
5. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and competencies.
6. Provide administrative support, including interview coordination between clients and candidates.
7. Maintain and update candidate databases, reports, and search documentation.
