Job Description
This role serves all business units within the Syntegon group. Being the performance marketing expert and marketing analyst, you
* advise the internal marketing managers on digital ad strategies, channels and formats for their marketing objectives.
* set up, track and adjust advertising activities within LinkedIn, Google, Meta and beyond.
* define KPIs and benchmarks and monitor/analyze them.
* conduct A/B testing on advertisement creatives and messaging to improve conversion rates.
* run the overall marketing performance tracking with a focus on lead gen performance.
* prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally (creative, content) to align digital marketing strategies and goals.
* stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.
* act as an expert enabler for the marketing team
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in business, marketing, comms or similar
* Minimum of 2 years experience in performance marketing management in a B2B environment (agency or company)
* Proficiency in setting up and using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta Ads
* Experienced in analyzing and interpreting advertisement data, using tools like Google Analytics and Excel to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
* Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance user experience and maximize lead generation.
* Budget management and ROI tracking experience
* Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting options within the respective channels
* Fluent in English
