About the Role
As a Senior Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth within your business unit. You will lead a team of sales professionals in developing new opportunities with existing clients and analyzing reports to ensure planning and targets are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage sales teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Develop forecasts and identify new development opportunities
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for team members
- Monitor team performance and report on key metrics
- Provide coaching and training to team members as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about sales, technology, and e-commerce
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively in French
