What You'll Do:
Global Sales Effectiveness is a global team within Criteo that aims to drive sales growth and productivity by managing sales tools and strengthening sales processes. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will be an integral part of Criteo's fast-growing business. You will be a part of a young, innovative, and high-profile team. The Sales Effectiveness Intern partners with sales effectiveness analysts to support them in the quest to drive sales efficiency through sales process improvement, tools selection, implementation, reporting & training. We are currently preparing the launch of SF One, which is going to be a game changer for our CS Organization. We count on you learning & supporting mainly on the training & communication with the users.
As part of the team that is in charge of all change management related to SF One, we expect you to contribute on:
* Support the organization of training events: invites, tracking, logistics, planning, follow-ups
* Contribute to the build-up of user guides or short how-to videos enabling our sales population to get the best from our SF One solution
* Follow up with users on collecting their feedback, providing guidance on where they can find the learning materials.

* Fluent in English
* You are looking for an internship program in a tech company, and you are in the second half of your university studies.
* You are keen to learn about CRM and sales processes.
* You are a good organizer, meticulous, and precise.
* You like to interact with people and feel comfortable in a multicultural environment.
