Amazon’s Pay-on-behalf compliance service helps Sellers fulfill their environmental compliance obligations under Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws in the EU, and keep selling on Amazon. EPR is an environmental policy that makes Sellers who first places a product subject to EPR requirements in a country responsible for the entire life cycle of the products that they introduce on the market, from their design until the end of life.
As a Program Manager on the team, you will lead high-impact programs that will enable the smooth functioning of the Pay-on-behalf product and service and you will closely work with product, tech, compliance, legal and operational teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about Seller Experience, data and detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple deliverables, collaborative and has excellent business acumen and business communication skills.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth running of EPR reporting cycles, working closely with legal and compliance to ensure Amazon meets reporting obligations.
2. Work closely with product team and key stakeholders to conceptualize and implement key features and processes for improving seller experience and achieving business goals.
3. Actively seek ways to improve product related process efficiencies and effectiveness.
4. Proactively identify gaps or blockers to seller experience, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.
5. Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
* Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
* Experience in program or project management
* Experience defining and executing program requirements
* Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
* Experience leading process improvements
* Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
* Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
