What you will do:
The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As a SEM Performance Manager in the Revenue Management you will be in charge of:
1. Own and champion strategic initiatives and specific scopes such as market subsets or key projects contributing to the development and refinement of the overall Search Engine Marketing strategy while ensuring alignment with business objectives market dynamics and performance targets
2. Drive business growth through continuous analysis: proactively and autonomously review and analyze performance data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement keep an eye on the detail to spot opportunities while being able to abstract data to enable high level decisions
3. Support the development and implementation of advanced bidding strategies and ensure operational excellence through process optimization and best practice implementation as part of the SEM trading team
4. Act as a key business owner for strategic structural projects working closely with marketing technology and product teams Champion the business perspective through proactive engagement and constructive challenge driving crossfunctional alignment toward company goals
5. Leverage audience insights to shape campaigns contributing to our unique 7 Million Member Prime subscription program and proposing strategic initiatives for its growth

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights are mandatory Extensive experience in Search Engine Marketing with a proven track record delivering meaningful positive impacts to the Pamp;L and driving strategic projects to achieve measurable results Deep understanding of SEM platforms bidding strategies and performance metrics
Strong executive presence and communication skills High business acumen and understanding of digital marketing principles with an ability to abstract and see the big picture Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment demonstrating a proactive forwardthinking approach and always anticipating the next step Fluent in English; additional Europeanbased language is a plus
