Your Future Role
* Drive customer engagement through cutting-edge technologies, delivering high volume, value, and velocity in your assigned sales territory.
* Collaborate with Digital Hub resources to deliver exceptional customer value, speed, and coverage across multiple accounts.
* Work with Partner Business Managers to develop partner business plans for your territory, identifying growth opportunities and executing strategies to maximize revenue.
* Support business development activities related to solution or industry specialization, proposing innovative approaches to generate new business.
* Coach partner sales representatives on engaging prospects in complex software deals, positioning the value of SAP solutions through ROI analysis and business case development.
* Collaborate with Sales Development Executives to drive pipeline growth and move prospects through the customer journey.
* Leverage SAP sales channels to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
* Contribute to team and organizational success by preventing challenges, ideating solutions, and driving projects that benefit the greater good.
* Represent SAP in external events and internal initiatives as delegated by the Digital Sales Manager.
* Mentor junior sales colleagues, providing best practices to improve performance and time to productivity.
* Guide partners in independently driving business through data-driven insights on product positioning, timing, and placement.
* Ensure alignment with Indirect Channel Management, collaborating closely with specialized sales roles when available.
* Monitor the effective use of SAP assets, including presales resources, by partners.
* Provide regular reports on sales progress, identifying deviations from agreed-upon plans and engaging in corrective measures to achieve sales goals.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university, with preference for Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
* 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, sales enablement, business development, software industry operations, or related areas is required.
* Profound knowledge of an industry operating model and/or SAP solutions.
* Familiarity with Cloud technology (SaaS, DaaS, PaaS) in business-to-business environments.
* Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office, communications software, and presentation software.
* Project management certification is an advantage.
* Passion for working in a tech sales environment.
* Hunger for learning and making a difference.
* Strong work ethic: Team player, self-starter, high energy, and results-oriented.
* Business fluency in English & German required (MANDATORY).
