Within Fluidra, the EMEA Mass Market Group designs and markets pool solutions (including pool cleaners, connected water care sensors, maintenance accessories, and above-ground pools) for the “self-service” channels. These customers include large pan-European accounts focused on “Do It Yourself” home improvement (Leroy Merlin, Bauhaus, Castorama), hypermarkets (Al Campo, Carrefour), and e-commerce (Amazon). We are present all over Europe, with a model blending central coordination and expertise (based near Bilbao/Barcelona) and local field teams in the countries where we operate.
Mission:
You will be fully integrated into the France central Sales team. You will interact closely with key account managers as well as field sales teams, partners, and customers. We expect this role to add value to the business thanks to disciplined analysis and best-in-class support of our e-commerce partners.
Your responsibilities:
1. In-store: Monitor point of sale activity, analyze sell-in and sell-out by store, and transform the analysis into recommendations (with support from sales leaders).
2. Digital: Review online content of key customers and secure best-in-class implementation of product and brand content.
3. Competition: Prepare analysis of competitive environment and promotional actions.
Other ad hoc tasks might be included depending on business needs and intern skills.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
1. Student in a Business School or University, Master's Degree Curriculum.
2. French and Spanish are mandatory for this internship - daily professional communication is expected in these languages in writing and video calls.
3. You are proficient with Excel (for the analysis part) and PowerPoint (to communicate efficiently in an international setting).
4. You are a team player, not afraid of numbers, and have an intuition for what delivers a strong user experience in-store and online.
5. Valuable to have knowledge of Sales Force.
Location: Sant Cugat Del Vallès (Barcelona)
Duration: Starting in Feb/March 2025.
The internship will be managed through the Novia Salcedo Foundation, with whom a collaboration agreement will be made.
The monthly grant for scholarship holders will be €1,000, subject to deductions and contributions.
The intern will pay the foundation an amount of €135, which will be used to continue having training programs for future interns.
