Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Platform and/or FrontEnd migration planned for 2026 --> when migration frontend ends by dec'26 - other projects will be considered such as CRM/Newsletter management or content related projects in order to fill the full position
* Lead the overall UX/UI, including experimentation and A/B testing with the support of an external agency
* Represent Global marketing in the D2C strategy and action plan, including the selection of a new CMS
* Lead the company’s SEO strategy and global execution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, E-Commerce, Brand Management and local / regional teams to ensure strategies are effectively implemented
Additional Responsibilities
* Lead MarTech roadmap and implementations linked to our Web/E-shops together with CPIM and E-com departments
* Care for mobile first approach
* Provide SEO guidelines for other channels on top of Google, ie. TikTok, Youtube, etc.
* Co-own with Brand Engagement Manager the analyses of digital product journeys and identify optimization areas for higher product conversion rates and overall campaign KPI performance
* Leading the optimization of Product Detail pages
Qualifications:
Professional experience and education
* Degree in Economics / Business Administration with focus on Marketing, ideally Digital Management, Communication or Media management
* 3 years in the field of SEO and/or Web management
* Category insights (FMCG, Non-food) as an advantage
* Good Technical knowledge of all relevant tools for analytics and data management (GA4, LookerStudio, SEM Rush)
Specific Knowledge & Skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English as well as with PowerPoint
* Experienced in running global digital campaigns, landing page content, user funnels and/or experience in SEO
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
* Strong communication skills towards multiple stakeholders
* Project management skills across different functions
