All IT needs for SE are managed by Schneider Digital; spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers. You will be part of the dynamic Schneider Digital – HR Technology team whose mission is to “Create digital workplace of the future & Enable HR to build workforce of the future”.
We are seeking a talented individual to join the Core Architecture team as HR Systems Architect. The mission of the team is to provide our employee with a best-in-class employee experience, by ensuring a consistent and reliable architecture supporting all the applications which are part of our employees’ lifecycle at Schneider.
What will you do?
The HR Systems Architect is accountable for selecting the right solutions to support the goals of the HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Human Capital Management, Talent Management, Rewards and Performance Management, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Internal Mobility, Learning, and Continuous Listening.

* Work with agile mindset in a cross-collaborative environment between different teams and stakeholders
* Solutioning and enhancing platforms with a vision to leverage latest trends in HR and technology (AI, CoPilots, Data Mesh…)
Main responsibilities:
* Follow market trends and make recommendations to deliver state-of-the-art solution to improve our employee lifecycle (“from hire to retire”)
* Work with HR Digital Architect, CoEs, Enterprise Architecture, Capability Owners and all the Schneider Digital organization in general while selecting and deploying the “right tool for the job”
* Act as solution architect for the different Human Resources Capability teams
* Conduct architecture reviews and help solutioning business problems with technical expertise
* Define standards and processes according to architecture frameworks
* Act as a consultant in strategic projects
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of previous experience as technical expert/platform architect in major Human Capital Management solutions, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday or SAP Success Factors.
* Deep understanding of Human Resources processes (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation and Payroll, etc.), and the typical data structures required to support those processes.
* 10+ years of previous experience on IT-industry, as application expert, or integrations expert, or application developer, in projects involving cloud systems, integrations and data.
* Proven experience on integrating SaaS solutions, using APIs, ETL tools and/or other type of middleware (HR or non-HR applications).
* Experience in service-oriented architectures (HR or non-HR applications).
* Experience in end-to-end management of IT projects (at participant level, not required as project manager).
* Experience on IT processes to deliver services (at participant level, not required as service process owner).
* Experience on Amazon Web Services would be an added value for the candidate.
* Experience in AI-powered solutions would be an added value for the candidate.
* Previous experience on People Management would be an added value for the candidate.
* Previous experiences as programmer/coder would be an added value for the candidate.
* Good SQL and/or databases understanding would be an added value for the candidate.
Skills
* Deep understanding of HR processes and tools.
* Capability to understand a business process, the underlying data structure, and capability to understand the technical requirements together with functional understanding.
* Good understanding of Applications Integration standards and Architecture standards (TOGAF certification or similar would be an added value for the candidate).
* Deep understanding and experience on the technical data chain: ETL, data pipelines, API, middlewares…
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Open to work on an inclusive and collaborative environment cross-department and cross-country.
